Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain the master production schedule, balancing capacity and material availability to meet delivery commitments.

You will work cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Sales to align demand with supply and optimize costs. The role oversees capacity planning and schedule execution, integrating firm orders and SIOP plans, while communicating changes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across lines.
• Balance capacity, material, and labor to meet delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with SIOP to align production plans with demand.
• Support planning team to adjust schedules due to changes in demand or disruptions.
• Coordinate with Materials Management to ensure material availability.
