TK Airport Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced MPO Manager in Fort Worth, TX to oversee material planning, procurement, and logistics for manufacturing operations.

You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and on-time delivery while optimizing inventory and supplier performance. The ideal candidate has strong SAP/ERP experience, hands-on leadership, and a track record of improving material flow and cost efficiency across complex supply chains.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP/MRP systems.
• Knowledge of material master/purchasing data, PO management, MRP, inventory planning.
• Experience with inbound/outbound transportation and logistics processes.
• Experience managing supplier delivery performance and material shortages.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional activities across Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Quality, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics.

Responsabilités

• Lead Purchasing and Transportation/Logistics teams to support manufacturing requirements.
• Manage supplier delivery performance, POs, shortages, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate pricing discrepancies and term issues with Procurement and Finance.
• Develop inventory and safety-stock strategies based on demand and variability.
• Lead MPO and logistics personnel, set priorities, monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Promote improvements in material-flow, inventory, transportation, and processes.
