Job summary

SLB is seeking an on-site WCE Field Specialist to deliver Managed Pressure Drilling services for the client. You will lead MPD rig-up, handle data monitoring, and ensure operations stay within prescribed MPD programs and equipment limits.

Strong teamwork, communication, and a commitment to QHSE are essential. You will travel nationally and internationally as needed, with responsibility for reporting deviations, maintaining records, and supporting well control operations under client supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of drilling, MPD, or related oilfield ops.
• Minimum 3 years MPD experience preferred.
• Hands-on MPD equipment experience (rig-up/rig-down, operation, maintenance).
• Strong knowledge of drilling parameters, MPD procedures, and well control.
• Rig-site experience essential; able to monitor real-time data and deviations.

Responsibilities

• Take on-site responsibility for delivery of MPD services to the Client.
• Ensure operations comply with MPD Program and equipment limits.
• Report deviations to Drilling Engineer/Engineering Coordinator/PM.
• Verify MPD Program contents with MPD DE for accuracy.
• Maintain and file service, maintenance, and inspection records.
