Job summary

Pantheon Data is looking for a motivated MPC Specialist – ELEX based in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will develop MPCs, conduct quality control reviews, and engage in various maintenance tasks focusing on Electronic and Weapons Handling Systems.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility and collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in the field.
• Completion of formal training in MPC development and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
• 5 years' practical engineering experience for the operation, test, maintenance and repair of Electronic and Weapons Handling Systems and Equipment.
• 2 years' experience preparing original technical documentation involving operation, maintenance, or testing.
• 2 years' experience developing PMS under NAVSEA 04 RCM Level I and/or II Certification.

Responsibilities

• Review Maintenance requirements and generate new MPCs.
• Develop detailed maintenance procedures for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Identify tools and warnings for maintenance tasks.
• Research systems for technical and supply data; provide technical recommendations.
• Format technical information to align with the approved process.
