MP Social is seeking an energetic, reliable Food & Beverage Attendant to support our food and beverage operations. This part-time role is responsible for food preparation, assembling and serving menu items, maintaining cleanliness standards, and assisting bartenders during service.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality presentation, and provides exceptional guest service to residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, café, bar, or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Food Handler certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsabilités

• Prepare ingredients and complete daily food prep tasks.
• Assemble and serve menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and portion control.
• Monitor inventory and communicate low stock levels to management.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist bartenders with food orders during service.
• Deliver food to guests and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Support event food service as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations throughout shifts.
• Restock food, beverage, and service supplies.
• Open and prepare kitchen and service areas for daily operations.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and food preparation equipment.
• Complete cleaning and closing duties at the end of each shift.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Help create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for residents and guests.

Compensation

• Hourly wage based on experience.
