Job summary

Seiler's Landscaping is seeking a mowing foreman/team lead to manage a small crew and deliver exceptional lawn care for Cincinnati’s finest homes and businesses.

You will inspire teammates, model outstanding customer service, and coordinate with clients to meet site-specific needs. This full-time role offers weekday hours, advancement opportunities, and a strong focus on quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Three years of experience in residential mowing is required.
• Ability to operate and maintain a truck/trailer combo and an Exmark walk-behind mower.
• Experience reading landscape designs.

Responsibilities

• Review daily and weekly work plans to prepare for current tasks.
• Keep mowing equipment, tools and trucks clean and organized.
• Coordinate and communicate work with customers, considering site conditions to provide manicured yards.
• Take responsibility for the quality, productivity and efficiency of your team.
• Maintain accurate paperwork for job tracking.
• Oversee the team’s work and train members to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Do you have what it takes?

• A valid driver’s license
• Three years of experience in residential mowing and a desire to be mentored and directed by our operations manager
• Ability to efficiently and safely operate and maintain a truck/trailer combo and an Exmark walk-behind mower
• Experience reading landscape designs

• Assuring mowing equipment, tools and trucks are kept clean and organized
• Coordinating and communicating work with our customers, considering their individual needs and site conditions to provide professionally manicured yards

• Maintaining accurate paperwork for job tracking
• Overseeing the team’s work, providing additional instructions and training to other team members to assure the highest quality work is completed in a professional and efficient manner
