Pymatuning Property Maintenance LLC in Alaska is seeking a skilled Mowing Foreman to join our team. If you are hardworking, a team player, and dedicated to quality lawn care, we want you.

Prior lawn care and landscaping experience is preferred and a positive attitude is a must. You will lead mowing and edging operations, perform ground maintenance, assist crews, ensure safety, and meet project schedules across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or ground maintenance.
• Leadership experience.
• Ability to work independently and make field decisions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer safely.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Operate mowing equipment safely and efficiently
• Work independently to maintain properties to company standards
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general grounds maintenance
• Landscape maintenance: shrub trimming, weed eating, weeding, and spraying as needed
• Load, unload, and transport equipment between job sites
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Assist the landscape & construction crews as needed
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
