Rine Landscape Group, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio seeks a Mow Team Driver to operate commercial mowing equipment, drive trucks, and lead a small crew on landscape maintenance projects. Responsibilities include planning routes, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring client satisfaction.
The role covers year-round maintenance with winter snow operations and offers growth through skill development and industry education. Ohio license and reliable driving record required.
The Mow Team Driver is responsible for working on a landscape maintenance/mowing crew while safely transporting personnel, equipment, and materials to and from job sites. The Team Driver works with one (1) to three (3) team members and is responsible for the efficient completion of mowing and maintenance services according to company quality standards.
The Team Driver is highly skilled in operating commercial mowing equipment and possesses a strong understanding of turf maintenance best practices including mowing, trimming, edging, bed maintenance, debris removal, and basic horticultural care. This position is responsible for maintaining production efficiency, quality control, equipment care, and ensuring a safe and professional work environment. The Team Driver works closely with management and clients and reports directly to the Maintenance Production Manager.
