Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise lawn maintenance crews.
• Operate commercial mowing equipment, including zero-turn mowers.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Monitor property quality and identify areas needing attention.
• Communicate professionally with customers and management.
• Complete daily paperwork and route documentation.
• Participate in snow operations during winter months.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2‑4 years of professional lawn maintenance experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Chauffeur's License required.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Experience operating commercial lawn equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and materials.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
