Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to tow trailers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a mowing crew on daily lawn maintenance routes and landscaping assignments.
• Operate commercial mowing equipment including zero-turn mowers, walk-behinds, and string trimmers.
• Ensure all work is completed to quality standards, on schedule, and within safety guidelines.
• Train and mentor crew members on equipment operation and turf care techniques.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle and equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Communicate with management regarding job progress, crew performance, and site issues.
• Maintain a clean, professional job site and ensure customer satisfaction on every visit.

About the Role

PLM INC is looking for a motivated and experienced Mowing Crew Foreman to lead our grounds maintenance team in Woodbridge, VA. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive quality, efficiency, and team performance across commercial and residential mowing operations. • Lead and supervise a mowing crew on daily lawn maintenance routes and landscaping assignments

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills


• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills a plus
