Job summary

MW Lawn & Landscape is seeking a dedicated landscaping worker in Olathe, KS, to perform mowing, trimming, planting, and bed maintenance using standard equipment. You will also plant, water, dig and weed beds, lay sod and mulch as part of regular duties.

The role requires 3 months of experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work a varied schedule that may include weekends. Housing or transportation assistance may be available in some cases.

• - Must be willing and able to tolerate very hot or very cold temperatures.

• - Must be available entire contract period.

• - May conduct post-hire, employer-paid drug testing.

Special Requirements and Provisions

• – Schedule varies (days of the week and shift times). Additional hours may be offered. May be required to work weekends.
• – All worksite locations are within driving distance of primary worksite location.
• – Employer will pay the highest of all prevailing wages for each worksite location throughout the entire period of employment.
• – Employer may offer a bonus or increase pay depending on experience and merit.
• – Daily Transportation is provided to all worksites from primary worksite.
• – Employer may provide optional housing to workers who do not reside within a reasonable commute to primary worksite location. (See Deductions from Pay)
