Job summary

Ecoscape Solutions Group, LLC_Charlotte in Charlotte, NC is seeking an entry‑level Landscape and Groundskeeping worker to maintain exteriors of properties. You will use hand and power tools to lay sod, mulch, mow, trim, plant, water, fertilize, dig, rake, and remove debris under supervision.

You will also maintain and repair equipment, follow safety procedures, and potentially work Saturdays/Sundays as needed. This is a full-time, outdoor role with variable hours based on weather and needs.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; entry level.
• Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs.
• Must be available for weekend work if needed.
• Willing to undergo background checks and drug testing as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping and groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, watering, mulching, and debris removal.
• Lay sod and install wall units as specified; maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow supervisor directions and work safely under varying weather conditions.

Maintain/repair tools/equipment as needed. Entry level; requires supervision.

Special Requirements:Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident. Post-hire background checks may be required of foreign and domestic workers based on contract requirements. Employment eligibility (e-Verify) check required of foreign and domestic workers. Post-hire motor vehicle record check required only of foreign and domestic workers who drive company vehicles (driving is not a requirement of all workers in the position).
