Job summary

Blue Skies Landscape, LLC is seeking a full-time Landscaping and Groundskeeping Worker in Baton Rouge, LA. The role involves outdoor grounds maintenance across various sites, including planting, mulching, irrigation, and related upkeep duties.

Typical schedule is Mon–Thu with a 40-hour workweek; some Fridays and weekends may be required. Candidates must be able to lift 75 lbs, work outdoors in varying weather, and undergo background checks and drug testing.

• dig holes for plants, trees;
• install landscape materials;
• dig/backfill trenches using shovels of different sizes for drainage and irrigation repairs (up to 6″ wide & 1′ deep) and maintain sprinkler systems;
• provide proper upkeep of fences, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, burial sites, and other grounds features.
