Job summary

Sirva is seeking a Moving Operations Specialist to serve as the moving subject matter expert for Sirva Relocation. You will be the primary contact for the agent network and 3rd party services, ensuring compliance and delivering a high-quality relocation experience.

The role involves conducting system audits, managing cost controls, coordinating with internal teams, and documenting all agent interactions. A associate degree and domestic household goods background are preferred.

The primary objective of the Moving Operations Specialist is to serve as the Moving subject matter expert for Sirva Relocation. Responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for the agent network and 3 rd party services and ensuring systems compliance. The Moving Operations Specialist will provide allocation recommendations to further drive quality and customer satisfaction.

• Position Title: Moving Operations Specialist
• Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 USD
