Job summary

Just‑In Time Moving & Storage is seeking entry‑level Moving Laborers – Movers in Phoenix, AZ. You will assist customers during local moves, wrapping and loading belongings, and helping customers at the destination. The role offers a base wage and opportunities to earn tips and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• You’ll typically work Monday through Saturday (hours vary) to meet business needs.
• You’ll show up to jobs on time and ready to get things done, following the operations manager’s directions.
• You’ll prepare possessions for travel, wrap items, and load them into the truck safely.
• Upon arrival at the destination, you’ll unload the truck and help customers during the move.

In addition to earning a base pay of $18.00 - $20.00/hour, our entry-level Moving Laborers - Helpers can also receive tips from customers and bonuses for doing a top-rate job! MOVING LABORER - MOVER QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to lift 150 lbs.
• Ability to show up on time and stay professional throughout the day
• Basic safety equipment knowledge
• Willingness to travel as needed, including overnight travel for long-distance and cross-country moves

Moving experience and a high school degree (or GED) would be ideal, but aren't required for the right people!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR MOVING LABORER - MOVER

You'll typically work Monday through Saturday (specific hours vary) to meet business needs. Some overnight/long-distance travel may be required.

You'll show up to jobs on time and ready to get things done! Working closely with your team and following the operations manager's directions, you'll prepare our customers' possessions for travel. You'll safely wrap every item and efficiently load them into the truck, making sure to move quickly without damaging anything. Once you arrive at the new location, you'll get to work unloading the truck. This entry-level role will keep you busy and moving, giving you the chance to make a real impact on every customer!
