Job summary

U-Haul in Minnesota is seeking a retail fleet manager to oversee the equipment fleet, ensuring units are clean and maintained and inventory is accurately tracked.

The role emphasizes financial accountability and delivering exceptional customer care, while maintaining a secure and organized environment. You will engage in ongoing training through U-Haul University and lead weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience in retail or service with responsibility for financial results and customer satisfaction.
• Computer proficiency and solid organizational skills.
• Management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
