U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a General Manager Trainee in Roanoke, VA to learn how to manage a moving and storage center. You will oversee fleet maintenance, inventory, and customer care while handling cash and fuel receipts.

This role offers on-site work with extensive on-the-job training through U-Haul University. Minimum requirements include 1–3 years in retail management with P&L responsibility and a high school diploma or equivalent. Weekend and holiday work is required.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of management experience in retail or service industry with responsibility for financial results and customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
