U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a General Manager Trainee to learn how to run a moving and storage center. You will supervise the fleet, monitor inventory and ensure customers receive top-notch service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The program emphasizes hands-on training, safety, and on-the-job development with benefits and opportunities to advance. Weekend and holiday work required; a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in retail or another service industry with responsibility for financial results and customer satisfaction.
• Organizational expertise and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Manage the fleet to deliver clean and well-maintained equipment.
• Track and itemize inventory.
• Ensure customers receive high quality care.
• Keep track of fuel receipts and petty cash.
• Clean and monitor premises and maintain a secure environment.
• Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
