Job summary

AMC Entertainment is seeking a friendly Crew member to greet guests, handle transactions on the POS system, and maintain a clean, welcoming theater environment. You’ll learn and perform multiple duties, from selling snacks to assisting guests with questions.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. You’ll work in a fast-paced, fun setting with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support the guest experience.

Qualifications

• No experience required; AMC will provide training.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be at least 14 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 90 feet.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Sell snacks and merch with friendly, proactive service.
• Keep theatres and restrooms clean and welcoming.
• Check tickets and direct guests to their seats.
• Enforce rating system and support safety policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth shifts.
