Job summary

AMC Entertainment is seeking friendly crew members to welcome guests, operate the POS system, and help ensure a great movie-going experience. You’ll assist with snacks, ticketing, and maintaining a clean, safe environment while delivering outstanding guest service.

No experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know, and you should be available for evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Come join a team that loves movies and how they come to life.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary—we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
• The role requires evening, weekend and occasional holiday availability.
• Must be at least 14 years of age.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and a love for movies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and create memorable moments.
• Handle transactions quickly and accurately with the POS system.
• Engage in suggestive selling and merchandising to boost guest experience.
• Keep theatres, lobbies, and restrooms clean and welcoming.
• Direct guests to auditoriums and help enforce movie ratings respectfully.
• Open/close duties and support team members as needed.
