Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with questions and concerns.
• Operate the POS system for quick, accurate transactions.
• Engage in suggestive selling and upselling to boost guest experience.
• Prepare snacks and handle food safely and efficiently.
• Keep theaters, lobbies, and restrooms clean and welcoming.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and team support as needed.
• Enforce movie rating policies in a respectful manner.
• Monitor auditoriums for quality, safety, and behavior.
• Uphold AMC Wardrobe 101 Standards and company policies.
