Job summary

AMC Entertainment is hiring Crew members to greet guests, operate the POS, stock and clean theaters, and help create a welcoming, fun movie-going experience. You’ll rotate through roles, learn new skills, and join a team that values teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
• Friendly, reliable teammate with a positive attitude.
• Willing to complete required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide friendly service.
• Use POS system to handle transactions accurately.
• Assist with selling snacks and merchandise and upsell where appropriate.
• Keep theatres, lobbies, and restrooms clean and welcoming.
• Direct guests to their auditorium and explain policies clearly.
• Support opening and closing duties to ensure a smooth shift.
