Job summary

JLL in Seattle is seeking an Associate MAC and Events Furniture Manager to coordinate daily MAC work orders and assist with scope and schedule development for projects, including moves. You will proactively manage MAC issues, serve as the single point of contact, and support move/reconfiguration activities in line with policies.

You will also handle conferencing and events from planning through execution, lead client relationships, and supervise vendor and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• 2 years as Facility Coordinator or related experience in Corporate Real Estate
• 1 year on an Events team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Detail oriented with strong multitasking ability
• Experience with CAD/CAFM Move management systems
• Knowledge of construction or CRE industry
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and space planning
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
• Ability to plan and prioritize multiple needs

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily MAC work orders and assist with scope and schedule development
• Proactively manage issues and be single point of contact for MAC work orders
• Assist with move/reconfiguration activities per policies
• Handle project documentation: minutes, agendas, reports
• Participate in planning meetings with clients, relocation manager, and stakeholders
• Review project documentation and assist with close-out reports and lessons learned
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
• Oversee end-to-end events operations across assignments
• Ensure post-event debriefs and continuous service improvements
