Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Petoskey is hiring for Movers / Laborers. This role offers $19 per hour plus tips and bonuses, with pay increasing to $21 per hour after training. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available; weekly pay and strong benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy items (100 lbs or more).
• Ability to communicate professionally in English, verbally and in writing.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in general labor or moving helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely move, pack, unpack, load, and unload customer belongings.
• Provide positive energy and top-notch customer service.
• Be on time, friendly, safe, and hustle while assisting customers.
• Support team and perform tasks as needed during moves.

What We Offer

• Full-Time and Part-Time Mover pay: $19 per hour + TIPS and BONUSES!
• Pay increases to $21 per hour once training is completed
• Must have open availability Monday – Saturday to qualify for Full-Time hours
• TIPS! Our customers love our crews. For Full-Time employees, average tips run $200 - $400 weekly!
• WEEKLY PAY

Who We’re Looking For

• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more)
• Must have the ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English
• Reliable attendance
• Highly motivated and strong work ethic

Previous experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly or warehouse helpful but not required!
