TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is hiring in Lansing, MI for movers and general laborers in a fast-paced moving environment that values attitude and trains skills on the job.

Starting wage is $16 per hour plus tips, with occasional raises based on customer service scores. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance. Full-time and part-time roles are available, Saturdays required, Sundays closed. Daily pay through Tapcheck may be an option.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in general labor positions such as moving, warehouse, or construction is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive energy and top-notch customer service while moving, packing, and unpacking belongings.
• Be punctual, friendly, safe, and diligent.
• Contribute to the success of a safe TEAM.
• Move and assist customers with daily tasks and loading/unloading.

Who We’re Looking For

We hire for attitude and train for skill; however, experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse labor is helpful.

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years or older for movers
• Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English
• Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
• Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens
