2 Brothers Moving & Delivery in NW Portland is hiring Movers to join a fast-growing, top-rated team. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with a team, and delivering a great customer experience.

You’ll support residential and commercial moves, lift up to 75 lbs, drive box trucks (for driver roles), and earn starting pay $19.50/hr with cash tips, quarterly bonuses, and on-site gym access.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation to job sites or dispatch location.

Responsibilities

• Load, carry, and unload furniture and household goods (up to 75 lbs).
• Safely operate box trucks between job sites (Driver roles).
• Pack, wrap, and protect items to prevent damage.
• Meet or beat client expectations and follow safety procedures.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $19.50/hr
• Tips: Average ~$4/hr in cash tips
• Bonuses: Quarterly performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Load, carry, and unload furniture and household goods (up to 75 lbs)
• (Driver roles) Safely operate box trucks between job sites
• Pack, wrap, and protect items to prevent damage
• Going above and beyond to meet or beat client expectations
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols
• Work closely with your team to complete jobs efficiently

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
