Qualifications

• 2+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and connection to the local fitness community.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant process and business impact.
• Experience in coaching and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leads the FP Movement team as a brand ambassador and shapes an in‑store experience aligned with brand values.
• Advocates for technology usage to deliver a seamless Omni‑channel retail experience and compelling merchandising.
• Fosters genuine customer connections and builds relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Collaborates with the store team and Home Office on events to engage the local community and drive sales.
• Oversees staff scheduling, payroll and daily operating procedures to ensure store efficiency.
• Maintains visual standards and uses company tools to analyze opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
• Leads with an inclusive, people‑first approach and drives communication across the team.
