URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the FP Movement line in Dallas to lead selling, service, and store operations. You will collaborate with leadership to create a welcoming, wellness‑driven store environment and support team development.

The role focuses on delivering personalized service, driving engagement through events and partnerships, and ensuring execution of store standards and brand presentation, including omni‑channel experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and connection to local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects URBN values; partners with leadership to create an engaging FP Movement visual experience.
• Drives selling initiatives and delivers personalized service, product recommendations, and connections with customers about wellness.
• Supports store events and partnerships to drive FP Movement engagement and a seamless omni‑channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, and FP App.
• Guides team to prioritize customer service and styling, providing timely feedback to foster accountability and results.
• Assists Store Manager with recruitment, onboarding, and talent development to build a strong brand and store connection.
