Job summary

Jesus Culture is seeking a Project Manager to strengthen the Creative Team and execute on campaigns, events, conferences, and communications. You will oversee incoming projects across departments and report to the Creative Team Lead.

Approximately 25 hours per week with possible evenings and weekends. You will collaborate with Movement Department leads to ensure timely delivery of all creative assets and partner communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, creation, and delivery processes for movement projects.

• Hire outside contractors for specific projects.
• Manage timelines for events, podcasts, and promotional materials.
• Prioritize graphic creation and asset production with other PMs.

Job description

As a Project Manager within the Creative Team, you add strength and execution to each department’s creative needs in service of Jesus Culture’s overall vision.

You’ll contribute to the success of our movement campaigns, events, conferences, and communications, managing incoming projects across the Creative Team’s departments. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with exemplary organization, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Approximately 25 hours per week. Schedules may include evenings and weekends based on events or team needs.

This team member reports directly to the Creative Team Lead and will interact closely with all Movement Department leads.

What You'll Do

Lead the development, creation, and delivery process, ensuring that timelines are met within all movement projects

Bring creative ideas and solutions on accomplishing the vision for any movement projects

Continually communicate all aspects of any given project both internally as well as across departments, to partners, and contractors to ensure maximum efficiency and success

Work alongside the Creative Team Lead to secure locations for photoshoots, videos, etc.

Hire outside contractors for specific projects and work with outside contractors for various projects

Manage ideation, creation, and the timeline for any video and design assets needs for Events, Podcasts, and promotional material

Manage designers task load; strategically prioritizing graphic creation, scheduling, and creation of assets needed with other Project Managers and the Creative Team Lead

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure their deliverables are ready in time to meet your teams' project schedules
