Job summary

Free People Movement seeks a friendly Stylist to engage customers, share product knowledge and drive sales at our Wilmington store.

You will act as a brand ambassador, connect with shoppers around fitness and wellness, and promote FP Movement events while collaborating with store partners. The role requires guests-focused service, visual upkeep, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values and drives store experience.
• Initiates conversation with customers, linking to wellness and active lifestyle.
• Promotes FP Movement events and supports collaboration with partners.
• Uses store/internet info to enhance customer omni-channel experience.
• Collaborates with peers and leadership; participates in meetings and initiatives.
• Gains product expertise on fit, fabrication, and styling to inspire customers.
• Maintains FP Movement visual and operational standards; supports shipments.
• Upholds safety, inventory accuracy and company policies to drive profitability.
