Job summary

Free People Movement in Dallas is seeking a friendly Stylist to help drive sales through product knowledge and genuine service. You’ll connect with customers around wellness and an active lifestyle, and represent the brand with energy on the sales floor.

You’ll promote FP Movement events, support partnerships, and use in-store tech to enhance the omnichannel experience. Flexible hours include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service required.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: act as a brand representative and drive store experience with energetic pace.
• Engage customers in conversations about wellness and active living to boost sales.
• Promote FP Movement events and support in-store collaborations with partners.
• Use store tech to stay informed about events and offers for a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Teamwork: be positive, respectful, and helpful; share ideas in meetings and initiatives.
• Product knowledge: gain expertise on fit, fabrication, and styling to guide customers.
• Visual + Ops: maintain standards, assist with shipments, and uphold safety and inventory controls.
