Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and drive the store experience on the sales floor with an energized pace.
• Engage customers with personalized, genuine service and connect with shared wellness interests.
• Promote FP Movement events and coordinate with fitness and wellness partners.
• Utilize store tech to stay informed about events and offers to enhance the customer omni-channel experience.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
• Share product knowledge on fit, fabrication, and styling to inspire customers.
• Maintain FP Movement's visual and operational standards and focus on the customer.
• Support the shipment process and stay aware of new products and reships.
• Uphold safety, inventory accuracy, and store policies to support profitability.
