Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician at Shadow Ridge at Southlands in Aurora, CO. The role focuses on preparing vacant apartments for new residents by performing maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic improvements to company standards to ensure move-in readiness.

The position collaborates with Maintenance and Property Management teams and may assist broader maintenance needs across the property, with a typical schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday onsite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover work.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members while working throughout the community.
