Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents in Aurora, CO. You will perform maintenance, repairs, painting, and cosmetic improvements to ensure move-in readiness and a positive first impression for residents.

The role works with the Maintenance and Property Management teams, supports ongoing repairs and preventative maintenance, and maintains a safe, organized work environment on-site.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work: painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment per safety standards.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members throughout the community.
