Job summary

Two Coast Living seeks a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents. You will perform maintenance, cosmetic improvements, painting, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, and flooring touch-ups to meet company standards for move-in readiness.

Collaborating with the Maintenance and Property Management teams at Arwen Vista in Charlotte, you’ll work Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional on-call and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready turnover work including painting, repairs, fixture replacement, and appliance testing.
• Perform HVAC filter changes, flooring touch-ups, and general cleaning to meet standards.
• Support ongoing maintenance and property upkeep as needed.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members throughout the community.
