Job summary

Two Coast Living requires a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents in Aurora, CO. You will perform maintenance, cosmetic improvements, and ensure move-in readiness to meet company standards.

You will collaborate with the Maintenance and Property Management teams to support ongoing repairs and upkeep, with a focus on safety and quality. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional on-call needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance or turnover experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members while working throughout the community.
