Qualifications

• Experience with make-ready process including cleaning, painting and light maintenance.
• Ability to perform plumbing, painting, texture, carpentry and light electrical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Personal hand tools for use at work.

Responsibilities

• Follow the provided checklist to restore the apartment to market-ready status.
• Assist in grounds and exterior upkeep and related duties.
• Assist with maintenance work orders; may participate in on-call schedule.
• Replace locks for resident move-in and make keys.
