Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Split Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents. You will perform painting, repairs, HVAC filter changes, flooring touch-ups and general cleaning to ensure move-in readiness.

Collaborating with maintenance and property management teams, you will help with ongoing repairs and safety standards while providing professional service to residents across Westminster and Denver properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance, handyman or make-ready experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and physically able to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) including painting, fixtures, appliances and cleaning.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with preventative tasks as needed.
• Ensure units meet safety and quality standards before move-in.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and interact professionally with residents.
