Job summary

The Make-Ready Technician at Two Coast Living prepares vacant apartment homes for new residents by performing maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic improvements to company standards. This role ensures move-in readiness on schedule and leaves residents with a positive first impression of their home.

The position works closely with the Maintenance and Property Management teams and may assist with general maintenance needs across the property as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members while working throughout the community
