You will work with property managers and vendors, manage schedules and records, and ensure move-in readiness on tight deadlines, with a focus on tenant satisfaction and strong occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance, construction, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacant units to identify repairs, cleaning, and maintenance tasks.
• Perform or coordinate repairs including painting, flooring, appliance servicing, and minor carpentry.
• Ensure all safety and quality standards are met before tenant move-in.
• Schedule and oversee cleaning services to prepare units for occupancy.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each unit.
• Communicate effectively with property management and maintenance teams to prioritize and track work orders.
• Manage inventory of supplies and request additional materials as needed.
• Respond promptly to any issues or emergencies related to unit readiness.
