Redstone Residential is seeking a full-time maintenance technician at our Statesboro, Georgia property. You will perform make-ready tasks, handle repairs, and ensure move-in readiness while keeping common areas clean and well-presented.

The role emphasizes timely responses to resident requests, collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor, and adherence to emergency procedures. Local mobility within a multi-state operator is possible.

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant maintenance experience; property management background is a plus.
• Basic to working knowledge of maintenance systems and repair practices.
• Strong attention to detail, especially during turns and move-in inspections.
• Customer service skills that hold up under pressure with real residents.
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and sustain 8 to 10 hour shifts on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready punch lists and move-in readiness.
• Handle general repairs and respond to maintenance requests with urgency.
• Maintain curb appeal in grounds and common areas.
• Oversee apartment turnovers and coordinate with supervisor/manager.
• Assist with emergency procedures following established protocols.
• Assist with landscaping and common area upkeep.
