Job summary

MAA is seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician to maintain and repair apartment homes and common areas. You will ensure vacant units are ready for new residents, performing painting, cleaning, and basic maintenance as needed.

The role emphasizes timely preparation of apartments, outdoor work in varying weather, and adherence to quality standards across properties managed by MAA Atlantic.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment homes and other property facilities are in good working order.
• Prepare apartment homes for move-in, including painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping, and basic maintenance tasks.
