Job summary

Concord Park, located in Concord, MA, seeks a Move-In Coordinator (Sales and Marketing Assistant) to join Senior Living Residences. This full-time role helps residents and families schedule assessments and move-in dates, coordinates paperwork, tours, and marketing materials, and supports CRM activities to ensure a smooth move-in experience.

  • Serve as a point of contact for residents and families, aiding in scheduling assessments and move-in dates.
  • Coordinate move-in paperwork and maintain resident files.
  • Assist with scheduling tours, preparing marketing materials, and outreach meetings.
  • Assist in management of CRM software.
  • Work across departments to ensure apartments are move-in ready.
  • Promote and participate in company-wide initiatives and events.

Work Schedule

Full Time salaried role: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay & Benefits

Rates start at $25 per hour with annual bonus potential of $20,000.

What Will You Be Doing?
