Job summary

True Connection Communities in Delray Beach, FL seeks a Move-In Coordinator for our Verena at Delray Independent Senior Living community. This full-time role guides new Residents and families through admissions, coordinates move-in tasks, and maintains timely communications and reports.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will support sales without being the salesperson and help ensure a smooth transition for residents.

• Displays patience, tact and a cheerful disposition even under stressful circumstances.
• Promotes the community in a positive manner and effectively communicates the community values to Residents, families, visitors and Associates.
• Creative, energetic, enthusiastic, patient, flexible, encouraging, and team oriented.
• Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing relating software.
• Desire to serve seniors.
• Effective problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Works directly with new Resident and family to finalize paperwork and requirements for admission
• Provides sales support (but is not a Salesperson)
• Will take over customer relationships after the sale is closed and will lead the administrative tasks and communication thru move-in.
• Compiles reports accurately and timely as needed including but not limited to weekly activity reports
• Participates in sales meetings.
• Implements protocols to assist the new Resident’s transition into the community.
• Coordinates event details with Associates in other departments.
• Encourages teamwork through cooperative interaction with Associates in other departments.
• Supports a positive and professional image through action and dress.
• M aintains inventory of marketing collateral and materials.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Purpose

The Move-in Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to ensure a smooth and successful transition of a new Resident into the community. This role will be for our Verena at Delray location (Delray Beach) - an Independent Sr. Living resort-style community.

Schedule

*Ideal Schedule would be Sunday - Thursday (*off Friday/Saturday)
