AppFolio is seeking a Concierge - LiveEasy Inbound Sales Representative to be the primary contact for homeowners moving into their new homes. This on-site role in Columbus requires a 10am–7pm Eastern schedule, with a service-first approach and tier-based commission possible.

You will guide clients through moving services, utilities, and home services, coordinating with vendors and tracking requests in the CRM to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish.
