Lisa Linard is seeking a Move & Cleanout Crew Member to support two main client projects: downsizing moves and estate cleanouts. The role involves physical labor, problem solving, reliability, and a respectful, patient approach with clients.
The position is year‑round, part‑time and as‑needed, with hours varying by project. Availability Monday–Friday 9:00 am–5:00 pm, minimum five hours per shift, and willingness to drive to client homes are required.

This is a year-round, part-time, as-needed position. It is ideal for someone looking to supplement another part-time job.
Hours are not guaranteed and will vary depending on project needs. While there will be weeks with little or no work, in our busiest times (usually spring and summer) you may work up to 20 hours per week. We can be flexible around your schedule within the following parameters:
We serve clients in Eastern Massachusetts and some in Southern New Hampshire. We are currently looking to hire in Middlesex and Essex counties.
Experience in moving, junk removal, construction, property maintenance, estate cleanouts, or handyman work is a plus, but not required.
You do not need organizing experience. What matters most is professionalism, reliability, work ethic, and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
