Caring Transitions is seeking a mover/household items mover to support the Greater Columbus area. You will assist with moderate and heavy moving, packing dumpsters, and preparing items for relocation for senior households.

The role averages 30-35 hours per week and requires a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, with some weekday shifts and occasional Saturdays. Join a supportive team focused on safe, respectful service to families.

Qualifications

• Prolonged physical labor with lifting up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry moderate and heavy furniture and household items.

Primary responsibilities are to help with moderate and heavy moving of furniture and other large items, packing dumpsters, and home clean-outs for the senior population across the Greater Columbus area. This position averages 30-35 hours a week.

• Capable of working effectively in diverse environments, including cluttered, dusty, or dirty spaces, and in varying weather conditions

• Proficiency operating various hand and power tools as required for project tasks

• Strictly non-smoking (including all client properties, vehicles, and work sites)
