Job summary

ICF continues expanding its Environmental Planning services and seeks a Regional Archaeology Program Manager to join the national leadership team and lead CRM in the Mountain West. The role focuses on setting the vision, driving growth, and guiding projects in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Qualifications

Master's in Anthropology or related field required.
15+ years of professional experience in cultural resources management.
Meets Secretary of the Interior's Qualification Standards for Archaeology.
10+ years in project management.
5+ years supervising technical staff in cultural resources management.

Responsibilities

Provide senior-level leadership in archaeology, including technical approach development and QA/QC for reports.
Manage projects related to environmental compliance and resource management, including client contact, budget, and scheduling.
Oversee projects evaluating resources for historic registers and develop management recommendations.
Lead business development within CRM and engage with conferences and partners.
Recruit, supervise, and mentor staff and collaborate with regional leads.
