Job summary

Stio in Park City, Utah seeks an Associate Studio Manager to drive sales, oversee store operations, and lead a high‑performing team. You will hire, train, and coach staff, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer experiences aligned with the Stio brand.

You will partner with Store Manager and cross‑functional teams, coordinate visual merchandising, planning, and campaigns, and work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school equivalency or GED required or equivalent
• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
• Experience with visual merchandising/retail marketing is a plus
• Commitment to inclusive and supportive space for all customers and staff
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Aligned with Stio mission and values

Responsibilities

• Manage store details including hiring, training and coaching staff, inventory management, and driving sales
• Coordinate with Store Manager, Retail Leadership, corporate teams as needed
• Demonstrate detail orientation and strong organizational skills
• Be self-motivated with proactive operational tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and effective communication
• Lead initiatives to acquire new customers
• Execute planning to maintain an exceptional retail environment and mentor staff on the sales floor
• Assist with visual merchandising and marketing plan execution
• Work opening, closing, weekend and holiday shifts as needed
