Job summary

Stio in Park City, UT is seeking an Associate Studio Manager to drive sales, manage store operations, and deliver a customer experience true to the Stio brand. You will lead hiring, training, and coaching while partnering with Mountain Studio leadership to meet revenue and expense targets.

This role requires 1+ years of retail experience and leadership ability; you will oversee merchandising, schedules, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school equivalency or GED required.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Preferred experience with visual merchandising and/or retail marketing.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive space for every person who enters the Mountain Studio.
• Effective with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and coach retail staff; manage inventory and drive sales.
• Coordinate with Store Manager, Retail Leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive with operational tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement strategies to drive new customer acquisition.
• Plan and deliver visual merchandising and marketing plans.
• Support scheduling including opening/closing, weekends and holidays.
